Greetings, faithful believers. May the peace of Jesus Christ be with you during this
Christmas season!
As we reflect on the Christmas story, I often wonder what it was like when the angel visited the virgin, Mary. Imagine her fear, confusion, and uncertainty,-- she was young, unmarried, and faced with an unimaginable message. Mary did not know what the future held for her or for Jesus, nor could she predict how Joseph would respond to her news. Despite these overwhelming circumstances, Mary did not rely on her own understanding or the situation around her. Instead, she trusted the Lord and followed His lead. Although we now know how the story unfolded over two thousand years later, Mary herself could not comprehend the entirety of God’s plan at the time. She lived each day in faith, trusting the Lord step by step. (Mary story from the book of Luke gospel).
Similarly, as we celebrate over a year of the Adoniram Judson Heritage Foundation and the Christmas season together, we too find ourselves in uncertain territory. There are many unknowns ahead, yet we choose to trust the Lord and humbly follow His guidance. We are deeply grateful for each of you who support this mission through your prayers, personal involvement, and financial contributions. Thank you for walking alongside us in these uncertain times and for encouraging us to keep our faith firmly rooted in the Lord.
As we contemplate this Christmas season, let us remember Mary’s example. She looked to God, who makes the impossible possible, and found peace in her heart and mind. In the same way, we should look to Jesus, knowing He alone is the source of true peace. Lasting peace does not come from our circumstances or the situations we face, but from turning our eyes to Jesus.
Our prayer and hope for each of you is that you will experience peace in Jesus and that His peace will extend to the world. May this joyful season fill your heart with peace, hope, and love, and may the year ahead bring renewed strength, kindness, and blessings to you and your loved ones. 🎄✨
